Making hay fever season easier

Start a non-drowsy antihistamine before pollen peaks, rinse the nose with saline after time outdoors, and book a GP review if eyes or asthma symptoms are breaking through daily tablets.

Blood pressure, body measurements, a focused history and a blood panel. The value is the conversation afterwards: which numbers matter for you, and which can wait.

Travel

Vaccines before you fly

Some vaccines need more than one dose. Contact the clinic at least six weeks before departure. Travel consults start at £45, with vaccines priced individually from £35.

When ear wax needs microsuction

If drops have not helped and hearing feels muffled, microsuction is usually kinder than syringing. The visit takes about twenty minutes and costs £90.
